In order to appreciate the high quality of work done by Firebird Exteriors, you have to understand the absolute mess that is our roof. In short, our house is a flip where many corners were cut, partially on the roof. We have a flat foam roof which ponds horribly and in the 9 years we’ve lived here, we have had the roof redone three previous times and have had about a dozen roof contractors provide estimates. When I expressed our many roof-related woes, Kyle (the owner) understood and went out of his way make sure he did not make the mistakes of those before him. He had a competitive estimate ready in less than an hour. His crew was thorough, professional & clean (they didn’t leave our yard a mess). When they were done, there was still some ponding after the first rain and I called Kyle. His crew was out the next day. Excellent service and quality by Firebird Exteriors. I highly recommend.

We had Firebirds Exteriors install gutters around our whole entire home. We also needed some of our fascia replaced in the front of our house. The fascia and gutters look great. We are so pleased with the work. Kyle and his teams are all super nice and really easy to work with. They worked with our schedule and were on time with deadlines. Lots of communication. I did price checks before we started this project. Firebird Exteriors came in right at what I thought it would cost. When we decide to get work on our roof done, we will definitely be calling Firebirds Exteriors.

Firebird Exteriors was absolutely fantastic. Kyle was prompt to assess and bid on my roofing project and the bid was received quickly. His team arrived early and got to work and completely removed the foam on my existing flat roof, replaced some sheeting that needed to be replaced, re-foamed, and coated my roof in silicone. They were done in a couple of days from start to finish. I had a number of bids, and Kyles was the best. I definitely recommend them and will use them for future needs and referrals.

His communication is clear and to the point, he showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and created a plan to fix a leak before a coming storm.
